Thai Airways International introduced two promotional fares to Europe: “Europe 2gether” for travel with a minimum of two adults at a starting price of 30,200 Baht per person and “Family & Friends to Europe GV4” for travel with a minimum of four adults at a starting price of 29,200 Baht per person.
Mr. Wiwat Piyawiroj, THAI Vice President of Sales & Distribution – Thailand & Indochina Department, said that THAI is offering passengers the choice of the two promotional fares to Europe. The “Europe 2gether” promotional fare is for travel with a minimum of two adults and the “Family & Friends to Europe GV4” is for travel with a minimum of four adults. Both promotional fares are applicable on THAI operating flights from Chiang Mai, Phuket, Krabi, or Bangkok to London, Paris, Zurich, Frankfurt, Madrid, Munich, Copenhagen, Stockholm, Oslo, or Brussels. Travel must be for the same route, flights, and dates of travel, for the entire journey.
Passengers may book tickets and depart on flights now until 30 September 2015. These promotions may not be used in conjunction with other promotions and is valid for the flights and dates shown on the ticket, and is non-rerouteable, non-refundable, and not upgradeable.
After tickets are issued, changes to the date of travel for outbound flights is not permitted, but changes to the date of travel on inbound flights is permitted within ticket validity of 21 days from the date of flight departure at a fee of 3,000 Baht per transaction, and conditions may apply. If there are errors to passenger names requiring changes prior to departure, a new ticket may be issued with a fee of 3,000 Baht per transaction, whereby the same promotion conditions apply.
These special fares are for individual passengers travelling in Economy Class on flights operated by THAI, and include airport tax and surcharges that may be subject to change based on foreign exchange rates on ticketing and the travel date. Mileage may be accrued based on Royal Orchid Plus conditions. The fare for children is the same as adults, and no discount is permitted for child travel and unaccompanied child passenger travel is not permitted. Only infants are allowed to pay 50 percent of the adult fare.
