Companies create good examples that inspire other listed companies to follow suit in improving organizational development, thereby gaining investor and public interest.

So we know now why the CSRI Recognition 2012 Award is given, but some may ask what is the CSRI? We can turn to our good friend Google but it gets rather complicated so let me do that for you.
CSRI stands for Corporate Social Responsibility Institute which is under The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET). As stated, the CSRI Recognition 2012 ceremony was held to honor and inspire Thai listed companies committed to continuously running their business for society’s benefit and being a good role model of sustainable business operation.

For the first time ever, CSRI Recognition 2012 was held to honor listed companies prominent in CSR operation, consisting of the Rising Star, Most Improved CSR, and Most Innovative CSR. Thai Airways was included.
